Little Riddles takes the graphic trivia genre and turns it into words only. Random ponderings, in the form of riddles are created for each level. At the beginning of the game, you have a total of 450 coins to spend. The boosts that are available in the store are : Reveal A Letter, Remove Letters and Show Hint. All of the social media sharing options are there for free, as well as a “Get 10 Coins Free” boost by watching a trailer for another game. There is also a multi-colored icon at the bottom right of the screen. Clicking that will send you to Instagram to post screen shots.
For those of us old enough to remember riddles or had them read to us as a child, this mobile app will bring back fond memories. The newer generation might not be as interested because the visual component is just text. Not all of the levels are in riddle format. Some are just funny ways to describe the answer.
The aspect of this game I like the most are the coin rewards for every correct answer. Some of these riddles will leave you stuck and without the coins to purchase boosts, one might have to resort to a site like Little Riddles Answers. Having enough coins to use on boosts seems to be my end game with this app. The fewer questions that stump me, the longer I can last in the game because I will receive enough coins to buy boosts. However, if I have a batch of questions give me problems, using boosts won’t be an option.
